History
Founded in 1977 as a joint venture with Hitachi and GE Energy, with each
bringing best-of-breed skills in engineering, product development, sales
representation and customer support. In 2005 the company was renamed HVB
AE
Power Systems, Inc. and is now wholly owned by Japan AE Power Systems
Corporation.
